Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an arrangement or order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, subject to the following:
- Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled preparation or delivery date, where applicable
- We may not be able to accommodate cancellations for arrangements that have already been prepared
- Please contact us directly to discuss your specific situation
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we generally do not accept returns of bouquets once they have been prepared and provided to you. However, we want to ensure your satisfaction, so please contact us if you have concerns about your bouquet.
Quality Issues
If you receive a bouquet that does not meet our quality standards or is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:
- Replacement of the bouquet, subject to availability
- Partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances
- Other arrangements as agreed upon
Refund Process
If a refund is agreed upon, we will process it using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Seasonal Variations
Please note that our bouquets are created using seasonal flowers, which means the exact flowers and colours may vary based on what is naturally available at the time. We work with flowers that are in season to ensure freshness and quality.

Flower Care
The lifespan and appearance of flowers depend on proper care. We provide care instructions with our bouquets, and following these instructions will help ensure your flowers last as long as possible.
We cannot be responsible for the condition of flowers if they are not cared for according to our instructions, or if they are exposed to adverse conditions such as extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or lack of water.
